On A Happier Note
Hi guys! It's cupid. I've been playing Pokemon Brilliant Diamond recently. I've also been playing a little bit of Animal Crossing New Horizons as well. The Switch 2 is coming out in June, and I'm excited for it. I'm gonna get it. I have so much free time on my hands, and if I'm not socializing, I'd rather be playing a video game or reading. I want to talk about In The Realm Of Hungry Ghosts, a book I'm reading, however I think it'd better be saved for another time.
I've been on a ramen spree recently. I'll share this wonderful spot's name with you all, so maybe those of you in SoCal can try it out. The place is Shin-Sen-Gumi Hakata Ramen in Gardena.
At Shin-Sen-Gumi, the broth is perfectly salty and savory, balanced with oil. You can choose the broth strength and oil levels. I get lots of oil and lots of broth strength. You can choose the firmness of the noodle, which I usually get normal. You can exclude toppings, and I exclude ginger and sesame seeds. And on the very right side of the order paper, you can choose sides, like extra chashu, flavor balms, soft-flavored egg, etc. And the noodles? Best ramen noodles I've ever had. It soaks up the broth and has a deliciously full flavor in every bite. The chashu is thin, however it has a delicious savory kick. Also, I get pork & shrimp wontons, and regular shrimp wontons. I'm always full and not overly full where my stomach hurts. They have red chili flakes and I go crazy on them because its free and makes everything taste even better than it is. You can get the ramen alone, however the extras add up, making the bill a little bit more pricier, but it's worth it.
